R&S®TSM-DVB DVB-T/H Diversity Test Receiver
Flexible solution for fast mobile DVB-T/H coverage measurements
General Information
The R&S®TSM-DVB DVB-T/H diversity test receiver has been designed for mobile coverage measurements in DVB-T/H networks, even at very high driving speeds (>100 km/h). Its design ensures reliable and fast measurements after quick and easy setup.
A new driver enables seamless integration into the reliable and popular R&S®ROMES coverage measurement software.
R&S®ROMES is used to control and set up the R&S®TSM-DVB and to capture and display the measurement data.
The R&S®TSM-DVB DVB-T/H diversity test receiver provides the following measurement parameters:
- RF level
- MER (modulation error ratio)
- PER (packet error rate, MPEG packets per second)
- BER (bit error ratio after Reed-Solomon)
- TPS bits b16 to b55
- DVB-H signaling preformed/not preformed
- Time-slicing is used/not used on HP/LP stream
- MPE-FEC is used/not used on HP/LP stream
- Constellation diagram view
- C/(N+i)
- Several status indicators (AGC locked, carrier locked, MPEG sync locked, etc)
- Transport signal information (DVB-T mode, code rate, etc.)
